Beer can lead to strong bones!


This is not some result of beer goggles or the like... Get your minds out of the gutter.

According to the University of California, Davis, as printed in the June issue of SHAPE magazine, “Beer contains more silicon, a key mineral that safeguards bones, than fruits and vegetables."

So drink on ladies and gentleman! Yet another health benefit of drinking a tall glass of awesomeness.
