Rep. Christine Johnson's bill to make home brewing legal as cleared the House, cleared the Senate Business and Labor Committee, and is now sent to the Senate. Although this has lots of support, it seemed to languish last year regardless. So, let's hope the senate has "time" to get to it this year, and get it passed.
Just think of all the prison space we will have once we kick out all the beer brewers. We will finally have room for the J-walkers.
